We are seeking an energetic, professional, outgoing manager to strategically grow our brand awareness at events throughout the Okanagan. It’s fun, and it’s all about branding and outreach. We are dedicated to the communities we serve, from our advertisers to our news makers and we want to continue to grow on our momentum.

The right candidate must also be able to write and post articles about the events. Taking pics, and promoting on our multitude of outlets, such as Facebook, Instagram,, etc.

You must be business professional with a knack to help with business proposals, professional conduct on sites, strategic decision making, and overall making others happy!

Duties include, but are not limited to; scheduling/planning for events (contract negotiations) and eventually hiring a team of individuals to ensure we capture as many events as possible. In the short term, you are the main person, responsible for engaging the crowd, handing out promotional information and educating people on our marketing services and news site. Taking lots of pics, with regular post updates while on site at the events. Interviewing people attending and putting on the events, and then doing a news worthy story. This position truly has a multitude of duties, all being quite exciting! Reliability and attention to details is key to this role.

Some of the events we are involved with include the Dream Rally, Rib Fest, Knox Mountain Hill Climb, Canada Day, Roots and Blues, Merchants Markets, Car Free Day, Walk to Fight Arthritis, Cops for Kids and many, many more.

You must have a valid Driver’s License and your own reliable vehicle. You will be working in all markets from Kamloops, Vernon, Kelowna, and Penticton. Your main location/office will be Kelowna/Vernon.

This is truly a growing position, and so we are looking for someone that will take us to the next level in the eyes of the public!

Qualifications and Skills:

Must have sales experience.


Compensation is comprised of a base salary, expense allowance and commissions of up to 20% starting immediately in the first year. Commissions are uncapped. Lucrative earning potential and career growth for the right candidate. There is a comprehensive initial training program and ongoing training that will enhance and complement your existing knowledge to prepare you for success.
